FRIENDS To Return For Season 10!!

Let’s see how long it takes some weak-minded talkbacker to risk ridicule and banishment by posting “Is this show still on?” or “Does anyone still watch this show?”

Yes, it’s still on, it’s still watched more than any other show on the air, and – it was revealed by NBC on Saturday - it’s just become the most expensive sitcom in TV history. Beginning next season NBC will begin paying $9 million per episode for it, according to the New York Times.

If that seems an unseemly price tag, keep in mind that, until very recently, most insiders expected new episodes of “Friends” to leave the airwaves in May 2003. The blockbuster comedy will now stick around at least until May 2004.
