    House of Hell

    by tons of fun

I know nobody will care, but a friend of mine works at a studio that specializes in horror props and alot of their stuff is featured in Savini's Haunted House. He recently met Tom and had a lengthy conversation with the guy...lucky bastard! I hate him!

I hope Romero doesn't just palm it off to KNB. We need that sweet, sweet Savini goodness.

Savini will be in Cleveland the weekend of Oct 4th, 5th and 6th.

    by monkey_king

Hopefully I can hang with him, Bill "Chop Top" Moseley, Reggie Bannister and Michael Berryman this time. Last year Old Monkey only got to drink with Robert Z'Dar. Now I've got a few more horror icons to hang with as well as Bobby Z. Old Monkey will be sword fighting Moseley onscreen when DEAD PLANET begins lensing next spring. Bannister, Berryman and Z'Dar have also joined the cast. Yeah baby!!!

How about a TROMA theme park?

    by ronnie_dobbs

This Tom Savini haunted house thing sounds great. I always thought cool horror movie studios like Troma Team should have theme parks ---- like Universal Studios but cooler.

please, i've been to one of savinis "horror houses"

    by chillzatl

it's a freakin joke, period. It was all store bought FX, though high quality stuff. Nothing scary about it. You walked through this thing on your own with no guide. So you'd round a corner just in time to see the people in front of you watching whatever "scene" they had laid out for you. I though Savini should have been ashamed for having his name attached to something like this.

If you guys want to see a real quality haunted house that is run the way it should be. Check out the Ripleys Haunted house in Gatlinberg Tennessee. It's the best haunted house around, period. Not that any haunted house is scary, but at least they do it right.

You can see the same guy-getting-electrocuted (or whatever) effects at any number of Haunted Houses every year. Just 'cause it's got Savini's name (or Alice Cooper's, or anyone elses) is no real indication of quality. sk

It was scarier when it was Giant Eagle!

    by savior20

I got to check this thing out last thursday for free (thank GOD). It was the same gag about ten times in a row. Walk through hall, into "scene", step on pressure pad and watch as animatronic "terror" ensues. Just glad I didn't have to spend the thirteen bucks. I have to agree with the guy whos post was removed. . .If you have a school in town where your training people to do this stuff why not use them?

I don't have the electrocution effect in my Terrormani haunted attraction. You're bad mouthing it having never been there, which makes you a bloody maggot mouthed terrorist.

You are so right. Thanks for your kind comments. If you're in the area, email me and I'll give you a guided tour. It is like walking through a horror movie with all the misdirection and scares manipulated to do thier worst....best to you.

Speak for yourself. I happen to think Mr Savini is extremely handsome, and I would love to see him nude. Besides I've seen Knightriders and he has hair in all the best places. Your comment sounds like sour grapes to me......
