Cool Behind The Stunts Documentaries on BLADE 2 & THE SCORPION KING OnLine!

Published at:  Jan 22, 2002 5:53:18 PM CST

Hey folks, Harry here... Got the following note which sent me to a pretty neat little site called StuntRev. They have (in Streaming Windows Media) 2 behind the scenes documentaries on BLADE 2 and THE SCORPION KING. Feel free to check em out. I saw a bit of the BLADE 2 one, but I'm stuck on this dang Dial Up while my Mac is being checked out at the doctors... bummer, if only I had that new I MAC... That would surely be surfing fast right now. All I have is an ancient style-hindered Mac laptop which is nowhere near as cool as the glory that is the machine known as the I-MAC... whimper...

Ah well, Blade 2 will stick kick everyone's ass! Long live the sequels, long live Fight Club 2: A Beautiful Mind, and the forthcoming part 3, A Beautiful Bald Spot, starring Ron Howard in the lead! :P :) ..

    Blade 2 looks more wire-fu'd!

    by kampbell-kid

The first Blade was very minimal on the wirework. This one looks to be heavily used on the wires. This sequel looks to overshadow the first one by a long shot. I can't wait till the end or March now!! Oh yea I saw the Resident Evil trailer today.... it's looks like a cross between Event Horizon, Mortal Kombat, and a shitty Paul Anderson film. Ciao!

I hear NSYNC's gonna do a cameo in this one...

    by pretty much yeah

Think they're doing a country line version of the Harlem shake-it shake-it dance during the mass carnage scene at the Gotham Ball. You'll barely see them though, except for the entrails, and man, can those bowels move! Whoo!

    looks like they were pulled

    by redscab

It looks like that site got some heat from the studios for posting those clips. They've been pulled.

The Blade 2 bit is still on there... but J. Love Hewitt fighting

    by wesley snipes

..It's within one link from the main page. Shouldn't be too hard to find. I guess they forgot to remove everything. But I warn you, it's a pretty worthless clip to all but the hardcore stunt rigging junkies. It's just them being pulled around by wires and shit. Not much fight choreography or much else shown at all. Not worth the huge download. ON THE OTHER HAND, check out the "fight central" clip on the main page. First, it's just cool to see them go from practice to an edited scene. It features decent choreography, at least the way it's finally filmed. But more importantly, the stunt woman is either Jennifer Love Hewitt in a tight tank top or an amazing recreation! Lotta bouncing, so you should like that you freaking pervs! ;) Asi! Asi! Must be from that Jackie Chan secret agent flick.

These guys from 'Stuntrev' are idiots ...

    by aronld scazziger

... I mean NOT their stuntwork, that is quite ok, BUT their coding skills are godawful. Just have a look @ "http://www.stuntrev.com/video/" and you know what I mean.

These moves are going to suck ass

    by doggydaddi

Just as Hairy is full of crap every time he says "Mummy Returns was a action rollercoaster I can't recommend highly enough", so too are both of these movies more celuloid horseshit which will tank harder "Glitter", and will most likely be on DVD just as fast. The only way to stop this kind fo crap from being made is for folks to stop supporting it :/
