The Hollywood Reporter dropped a story that Michael B Jordan (Killmonger, Adonis Creed) and Jordan Vogt-Roberts (director of KONG: SKULL ISLAND & THE KINGS OF SUMMER) are teaming up to create a creature feature involving the Detroit metropolitan and surrounding area. Whatever the film is, it is based upon a notion from Vogt-Roberts. The film is being made for New Regency and it is unknown if Michael B Jordan will star.
I've been riffing around the house trying to imagine the Detroit Monsters. Found that hilarious graphic online. My loopy imagination has me dreaming of a Motown Monster armored like a disco ball that's giant multilegged footsteps have a dancable beat!
Sorry, I love monsters and that's the best I can do at the moment. What would your Detroit Monster be? I look forward to learning more on this! I just hope ROBOCOP saves the day!
