Star Wars Episode 2 scene description... Spoiler + In London' Wanna see super duper 2001 70mm print'

Hey folks, Harry here with either a lie or the truth about a scene in EPISODE 2... plus a recommendation about the new print of 2001 that is out in a theater in London! As for the following... this is X's first story, and whether or not the Episode 2 stuff is real, I don't really care, but if you are in LONDON.... by all means listen to his advice at the bottom of the story!

Hello Mr Knowles,

I thought you might be interested to know that Christopher Lee's villain (named Count Dooku, as we know according to net rumour) in Star Wars Episode II, is Qui Gon Jinn's former Jedi Master, according to a source of mine who claims to have seen B-roll footage from the new film. His claim was backed up by other sources of mine who work at the same place.

Unfortunately, I cannot give any idea of who my source is or where this person works, as I must protect my contacts identity. All I can say is that this person works in the kind of environment where film footage is often seen.

The scene my source saw, was a dialoge exchange between Dooku (although this name is not mentioned in the footage) and the captured Obi Wan Kenobi. The exchange is said to go something like this:

Dooku
Why are you here?

Obi Wan
I am searching for Jango Fett.

Dooku
He is not here.

Obi Wan
I assure you he is.

It is then that Dooku reveals that he was Qui Gon's Master. He then tries to persuade Obi Wan to join the dark side but the Jedi Knight is still more interested in finding Jango Fett. This behind-the -scenes footage of the exchange being filmed, also showed George Lucas sitting whilst watching the actors. My source was impressed by the scene and described it as "quite dark".

On a different note, I would like to recommend to anyone in Britain over the next couple of weeks to go and see the remaining showings of 2001; A Space Odyssey on the big screen at the Curzon Mayfair in London (near Green Park tube). It is a new 70mm print which looks fantastic and the sound is amazing.

I hope you find this of interest.

You can call me X.
