McTiernan's DEADLY EXCHANGE to be seen by the world!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with a bit of news on the goings on of Mr. John McTiernan. I know it isn't easy to forgive his ROLLERBALL remake, but the mountain of gold he has produced (PREDATOR, DIE HARD, DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE, THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER, THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR, LAST ACTION HERO... wait a minute... scratch that last one... but you know you enjoy it for all its cheesy glory whenever your friends aren't looking...) makes the trust come a little easier.

This flick he's doing is called DEADLY EXCHANGE and it's written by ALIEN, TOTAL RECALL and DEAD & BURIED screenwriter Ronald Shusett (with a little help from Ian Rabin). The flick is about a terrorist who silently hunts down the FBI agent who assassinated his father 10 years earlier. McTiernan has funding from Film Bridge International and will be filming down on the Bayou sometime in the summer. I think it could be great if McTiernan can save himself from the stumbles that are ROLLERBALL and BASIC. Thoughts?
