Briefly, and he is still trying to get Brainiacs' program unlocked from the stone.

Roulette is back. And she's running her own Meta-Brawl underground fighting club. Tala also appears with Luthor. And some other guy with a red cape who I don't know.
Meta-Brawl?
People with super-powers knocking the shit out of each other in front of a crowd.
Do we know anyone who's been taking part?
Yep, Black Canary. And it's been affecting her other responsibilities. She gets beaten up by a purse-snatcher.
Who else appears?
Huntress, The Question, Fire, Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl and Vixen.
And do they know what Black Canary has been up to?
Huntress has some suspicions, but has to follow her to find out. Remember, these two ladies had a bit of a contretemps last time they had a lot contact with each other, so they're not exactly the best of friends.
And the others?
The Question only makes a brief appearance, talking to girlfriend Huntress via telephone, but the scene is hilarious. The other ladies all wind up fighting each other at some point on a new and improved Meta-Brawl, 'Glammer Slam.'
And do they do this out of their own free will?
Nope, Roulette has been manipulating them via their earwigs that allow them to contact the League.
Are the fights good?
Brilliant, but they'd have to be. That's pretty much all the episode is about. Think 'Fight Club' if it starred Black Canary, Hawkgirl, Wonder Woman, Fire, Vixen and Huntress
What's good?
"Aha, as I suspected, 32 flavours." "So, what are you wearing?" The fight scenes in the Meta-Brawl ring. "If you call me girlfriend, I'm gonna drop-kick you into the next county."
What's bad?
Besides the fights, it seemed to be pretty much of a filler episode.
