Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with an update on Richard Linklater's FAST FOOD NATION featuring Bruce Willis, Greg Kinnear, The Guzman, Ethan Hawke and Avril Lavigne... Yes, Avril Lavign. It seems the good folks over at Fox Searchlight have picked up North American distribution rights for Linklater's flick based on the non-fiction novel by Eric Schlosser. Now the race is on... will FAST FOOD NATION end up on the screen before A SCANNER DARKLY, which was... what? 2 movies ago for Linklater? I'm very eager to see 'em both! What about you?
