Jared Leto to play Lennon's assassin in CHAPTER 27!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with some news on a flick called CHAPTER 27 about Mark Chapman, the evil cocksucker who shot John Lennon. Chapman famously was reading CATCHER IN THE RYE when he killed Lennon, so I'm guessing the title is a reference to that. I'm a big Beatles and Lennon fan, so this movie will be sure to affect me even if done only halfway decently. I'm a little curious as to this casting, though...
Variety reports that Lindsay Lohan (hoo-wwwhaaaaa???) and Jared Leto have been cast in the film. Leto will be playing Chapman, even though in real life Chapman was kind of a heavy geeky looking guy. Lohan is a Beatle fan that Chapman befriends the weekend he kills John Lennon. Newcomer Jarrett Schaeffer will write and direct the pic. Lohan (with curves and red hair) looked out of the '60s era... I actually thought she looked amazingly like Ann-Margret a year or so ago, so I'm not automatically against her in this movie... just a bit wary. This one will put her acting talents to the test. This could be an incredibly powerful film. I hope they pull it off.
