What did we ever do to deserve something this cool' Sam Jackson is AFRO SAMURAI!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with news of a project that could possibly be the coolest thing ever. On the whole planet of Earth. In the whole Universe, Multi-verse... ever. Sam Jackson as AFROSAMURAI? That concept is... just... wow.

This project, which you can read about over at Variety if you want more info, is going to be adapted to both a live action feature and a cartoon series, where Jackson will also voice the cartoon version of himself.

I don't know about you guys, but I have visions of a live-action CLONE WARS-esque Sam Jackson killing the shit out of bad guys left and right... With the tone of something like SHOGUN ASSASSIN... That's what I want and I hope I get something anywhere near that cool! AFROSAMURAI has just become the title to look for... Although it looks like we'll have to wait for 2007... sigh...
