Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with a nice X3 rumor for today. This is not confirmed, nor is it even known what character this actor is supposedly up for. I'm posting this because of two reasons: 1) The source is reliable (yes, even with a name like sickhang) and 2) There's a relationship with this actor and the new director, Matthew Vaughn.

Hey Harry, long time no speak.  Anyway, I don’t know what this means, or if it means anything at all, but Vinnie Jones is now up in the X-Men 3 production office.

Considering Matthew Vaughn was producer on both SNATCH and LOCK, STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS, both of which featured the badass that is Vinnie Jones, I'd say this isn't too far out of the realm of possibility. But who would he be playing? Surely not Beast... Gambit? Hrmm... I quite like the idea of Sawyer from LOST as Gambit... Vinnie Jones is such a hard-ass... He'd make a good villain... BUT WHO!

This is a total rumor, but I thought I'd throw it out at you folks and see what you think. There a tons of reasons why Vinnie Jones would be "up in the X-Men 3 production office," but it's still interesting, no?
