Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with an interesting rumor. I'd put some credence to this if only because I know that Spielberg adores the wonderful shot-for-shot remake that has recently gained international attention and Paramount has picked up the rights to it. If you don't know of the adaptation, it's a beautiful labor of love from a bunch of kids who spent 8 years of their lives remaking RAIDERS. The inventiveness is incredible and the experience watching it is actually kinda magical. It's almost as if seeing their love of RAIDERS reminds you just how much you love the movie. Anyway, this is just a rumor as of right now, so don't take it as the word of God just yet, but I'd bet that we're going to get this or something very similar to it. Let's just hope that means even more RAIDERS special features!!!

Aaron Gantt here from www.theindyexperience.com. Just wanted to let you guys know about an interesting rumor that has originated (sort of) in the latest issue of Total Film Magazine. In the new issue, they have a big feature on Spielberg's films including an interview with him. He talked a little bit about Indy IV, but the interesting thing is, Total Film says Paramount is planning on doing a Special Edition of Raiders on DVD that will include the shot-for-shot remake of Raiders (The Adaptation).
