Someone wrote me to ask if I wanted a review of Mel Gibson’s THE PASSION, and I wrote back, begging them to spill the beans. While they’re working on one, I’m going to link to the only reaction I’ve seen anywhere so far. Yes, this is a personal blog by someone who obviously takes their faith quite seriously. Thanks for the heads-up. I’m curious to see what people are going to do with this film. Just mentioning it in chat today led to at least an hour of conversation about it, and this is from a roomful of people who haven’t seen a frame. It’s going to be a conversation piece no matter what.
