I've just downloaded and watched the trailer for JU-ON 2 (THE GRUDGE 2) opens August 2003 in Japan. I do know Sam Raimi has the rights to remake the original and the same director is going to re-make the Hollywood version. Cannot wait.
Beware, when you watch this alone.
