Bill Murray as the voice of GARFIELD... well, they just got Moriarty to see it!

Harry here... Ok, I feel like this. I feel that even a god couldn't make GARFIELD work as a movie. I loved that character dearly... a fat, lazy, sleepy orange haired creature that loves lasagna, Garfield is my spirit animal... Hell, I even like Peter Hewitt as a director. Especially for BILL AND TED'S BOGUS JOURNEY and THE BORROWERS, but I just don't believe GARFIELD can be a good movie. He's more than welcome to prove me wrong, and with Bill Murray as the voice of Garfield, he's definitely moving in the right direction. Especially if he had Bill Murray in Rick Baker make-up to look like Garfield laying on oversized countertops and scarfing food Knowles fashion. But... It's all CG for Garfield, but I hear a real dog is doing Odie, which just sounds total bollocks. I'll let Moriarty see this one first, he's the all things Murray worshipper. Let him worship this!
