The following isn't the most interesting tidbit you'll see on TOMB RAIDER 2 - but ya know... it's TOMB RAIDER 2 - how cool do ya think it'll really be... it ain't like it'll be rated R and feature the action that the posters make you dream of. Well... we could hope... I mean after all, Jan De Bont used to be Verhoeven's DP - perhaps he could have a relapse and realize that an R-rated TOMB RAIDER would attract many more repeat spankin... I mean viewings than the alternative. Right?

yesterday and the day before I saw Angelina Jolie shoot Tomb Raider 2 inside and outside the large Times Square shopping mall in Hong Kong. The production team has built up a cafe inside the shopping mall. Ouside the mall they shot a scene with Angelina standing and thinking next to a telephone booth, with an unhappy look on her face, only to be picked up her male counterpart (with designer 5-day beard) and rush off into a crowd of Chinese passer-byes. Between takes Angelina took care of her newly adopted baby (read all about it in the HK gossip columns. Angelina wore a thick jacket, tight trousers (...) and a leather back pack.
