TOMB RAIDER 2: All Wet And Ready To Sink!

Hey folks, Harry here... The following doesn't give much, if any, information regarding the storyline of the underwater shoot, but does contain some details about the technical side of it. I, on the otherhand, can tell you about the ridiculous underwater sequence where Angelina's Lara will find an inventory of Alexander the Great's prized possessions that he had tucked away in a secret hiding locale. Also she picks up a helpful piece that'll come in handy later on. The scene is her and a couple of buds diving down at this sunken temple thing off the coast of Greece, of course evil rival Belloq types come raiding in THUNDERBALL style... Luckily though a shark comes along and saves her - I SHIT YOU NOT - and then there is the miraculous Military Sub that rescues her from the water - in the OOOOOH SO CONVENIENT manner that most everything in this script takes place.... but wait till she reenters earth atmosphere on a motorcycle that she lands on the great wall of China only to kick up into a few wheelies on this wonder of the world... Oh yeah, brilliant film in the tone of the original. Joy.

Call me Dragon,

Love it or loathe it, as we all know, the phenemenon of Lara Croft continues undaunted in it's quest for big screen success.  Will the sequel be better than last the last foray?  Ask me how much I actually care!

But, my own personal feelings aside, this may not be much of a scoop, but as we all know, there is talk of an underwater sequence featuring the one and only Angelina "Do my tits look big in this?" Jolie wearing a fitted (!!) wetsuit, showing off all the right places.  Today I happened to be diving in Brighton, UK (Yes, that Brighton, as in Quadrophenia, Brighton Rock, Mona Lisa etc) and one of the people I was diving with, along with his girlfriend and another mate of his, will be teaching Miss "I love my husband.  No, really I do!" Jolie to use a rebreather (v. technical piece of diving equipment) in Greece for a fortnight in Greece in August and then acting as safety divers (and possibly extras) for a further couple of weeks in Pinewood.  I gather that 10 further rebreather units have been ordered and they will have to be aesthetically customised for the film itself.  He has seen a (allegedly lifesize!) picture of our busty heroine in her scuba gear and some concept art of how the rebreathers are to look.  His opinon (as a fully qualified diver yadda yadda yadda) was: Sweeeeetttt!!

That's all he knows, but I'm seeing him again tomorrow and will pump him for further info.

It's either news or it ain't!
