No. While most hourlong dramas only crank out 22 episodes yearly, “Enterprise” is one of the few series left that actually produces at least 26 hours of programming each season, the way God intended.

Why is the crew suspicious?
Well, there’s the airponics bay. “It’s not big enough to feed all the people on that ship, sir,” explains Travis. Plus? Analysis of the downed ship’s oxidation rate indicates the aliens were stranded 22 years ago – not three years ago as claimed. And the whole ghost theory takes on new relevance when a long-jettisoned escape pod is discovered.
When do we find out what’s really going on?
The big reveal comes just before the final act.

This installment might remind more than a few people of “The Cage,” the Jeffrey Hunter pilot that spawned the entire Star Trek universe.

No.
Does Archer start shouting things like “Ahead, time-warp factor four!”?
No.
Does the hot daughter run around in a minidress??
She does!
What’s good?
Characterization is strong, as is pacing. It’s a Trip-centric episode, and Connor Trinneer does a typically swell job – but the best thing about this series, without question, is Jolene Blalock, that perfect TV miracle: she’s a sexpot who knows how a Vulcan works. T’Pol’s resolve in the face of Trip’s thinly-veiled mockery – and her ability to retaliate in kind – continues to do Leonard Nimoy proud. And Linda Park’s Hoshi (glimpsed, even now, so fleetingly)? As well as this week’s blonde alien girl? No less compelling. Who cast these “Enterprise” women? Give him or her a gigantic raise at once!
What’s not so good?
The big payoff isn’t necessarily as big a payoff as one might have hoped. And if you watch the episode again, you’ll notice some odd inconsistencies involving Liana’s relationship to her crewmates.
