Hey folks, Fat Harry here with news about Fat Albert. Looks like they've gone and cast the greatest fat cartoon character in history, and from the look of the fella's face, he looks damn good for the part. I can't remember ever seeing him before, but that's a good thing. I hope they do this one right. Fat Albert was a great Saturday Morning show, I'd hate to see it go the way of Scooby Doo. Here ya go...

not sure if you're interested, but willie green (also known as willie g.) has been chosen to play fat albert in the live-action version of the film. the contract should be signed and sealed by friday. his biggest role to date was on the nickelodeon show, "noah knows best"
this is new news, he was chosen yesterday, i think. maybe even earlier today. they start filming in march in LA.
