STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE Special Edition Trailer & Commercial Here!!!

Hey folks, Harry here. You might not be aware that today, STAR TREK THE MOTION PICTURE Director's Edition is coming out today... But that's probably because Paramount Home Video hasn't seemed to be pushing this all that hard. First this movie should be in theaters, the work done is simply amazing. Two, the film that once was a magnificent failure has finally been transformed into a triumph. Three, this is a special edition where the new blends seamlessly into the original film, with the end result being... DAMN THAT WAS A GOOD MOVIE coming out of your mouth.

This is easily many hundreds of times better than the current incarnations of Star Trek that we've seen on TV and on FILM. It is the only literate SCIENCE FICTION feature film. It is legetimately an epic now, a real jewel in Paramount Home Video's crown, and it has all the thunderous buzz of a kitchen table fart.

A friend of mine here in town went last week to 3 video and dvd major outlets and was told that the dvd didn't exist and wasn't scheduled to be released. WHAT THE HELL!?!?!?!? Star Trek fans finally have something worth owning from the franchise and they aren't even telling the public about it?

Where's the big website? Where are the online trailers? Special online clips of new scenes? Where are the desktop backgrounds and the screensaver? Dear god I'd love a V'GER screensaver... just traveling through those backgrounds... How come they didn't make a STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE Enterprise toy for the occasion? It's only my favorite of the theatrical Enterprises.

Where's the bearded McCoy figure, the buff as hell Shatner toy, the deformed science officer transporter cadaver, the hamlet looking Spock toy, my afro goddess Uhura toy, the security guard toys? This accomplishment is being heralded like the birth of deformed baby, hushed away and hidden in the back room.

But folks, I'm telling you... GO GET THIS DVD!!! IT IS MAGNIFICENT!!! Really something to marvel at. And Paramount Home Video... shame on you. Do better.
